Frequently asked questions
Does one caregiver stay continuously for 24 hours?
Not necessarily. A 24-hour arrangement generally requires planned shifts, handovers and rest periods. The exact staffing plan must be confirmed in writing.

No. It is subject to staffing, suitability, location and written confirmation by JNS.
Can it include nursing and attendant duties?
The clinical and non-clinical roles must be clearly separated. Clinical tasks require appropriately qualified and authorised professionals.
