Our Care Process

1. Make an enquiry

Tell JNS the service you are considering, the patient’s general support needs, area and preferred timing. Please do not send detailed medical records or sensitive health information through the public website form.

2. Discuss the requirement

The family and JNS discuss the daily routine, relevant treating-team instructions, desired support, family contact and the home environment.

3. Clarify scope and suitability

The proposed role, duties and any clinical requirements are reviewed. A caregiver is not assigned clinical tasks outside their training or authority.

4. Confirm the arrangement

Before service begins, confirm the schedule, charges, staffing, duties, breaks, handovers, cancellation terms and contact process in writing.

5. Review communication

Agree how questions, changes, incidents and feedback should be communicated. New or changing clinical needs should be referred to the treating healthcare professional.
