Information collected through the home-care enquiry form

When you submit the home-care enquiry form, JNS receives your name, phone number, optional email address, area, service of interest, preferred schedule and preferred contact method. These details are used to respond to your enquiry and discuss service availability.

Information collected through the recruitment form

Job applicants may submit their name, phone number, email address, area or city, role applied for, qualification, optional experience, optional languages spoken and preferred work availability. These details are used to contact applicants and review recruitment applications. The form does not upload CVs, certificates or identity documents.

Where information is stored and who may access it

Website form submissions are stored in JNS’s Supabase-hosted database in the South Asia (Mumbai) region. Direct public access to enquiry and applicant records is blocked. Records are made available to the JNS administrative account through a protected sign-in and access check. JNS should limit internal access to authorised staff only.

Information you should not submit

Do not submit diagnoses, prescriptions, medical reports, identity documents, Aadhaar/PAN copies, bank details, passwords, OTPs or other sensitive medical or financial information through these public forms. For urgent medical problems, contact emergency medical services or the treating healthcare team.

Security and retention

The website applies field validation, origin restrictions, a hidden anti-spam field and basic automated rate limiting. These measures reduce abuse but cannot guarantee that every online threat is prevented. JNS must define and follow an appropriate retention period, periodically review access, and delete or anonymise records when they are no longer needed.

External services

The website may load fonts from Google Fonts and illustrative stock photographs from Pexels. Your browser may request those assets from the respective providers. Supabase hosts and processes the online form submissions described above.
